do you allow customers to return a picture once it has been delivered?
Returns are not accepted as the item will have been produced to your specific order. However, if the item arrives damaged in some way please send pictures of the damage with as much information as you have to hand. In most cases a replacement will be made available.
Do you use ai to produce your images?
No, AI is not used in my work anywhere. Usually an image will start with a rough sketch in my notebook and then worked up from there.
do you provide a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. The CoA will detail items such as Date of Creation; Edition Number; When and How it was produced and signature of the artist together with full contact details.
do you undertake commissions?
No artist will turn away an opportunity so it would be worth discussing the details. That'll be a guarded Yes then.
when can I expect delivery of my order?
Delivery time is usually about 14 working days.
