The process: From a picture or photograph I deconstruct the subject into its various elements and for me this is where the fun begins. Re-drawing these elements I digitally composite them to form a brand new, hand-built, vehicle. The re-drawing and rebuilding process happens over many layers, and many hours, which means attention to detail can be given to each and every aspect of the subject.
Print information: During the Museum quality 12-colour printing process only original and official UV (pigment based) inks are used ensuring each print faithfully reproduces the tone, temperature and colour of my rebuilt image. UV inks contain enhanced light stabilisers offering far more durability than dye-based inks; protecting the vibrancy of the prints for over 100 years in ideal conditions.
